Need a hand?

Pip is stuck, the game misbehaves, or you have an idea? We'd love to hear from you.

Email aaquib@aaquibjawed.com. Tell us your phone model and, if it's about a level, its number (for example "Level 3-12"). We usually reply within a few days.

Common questions

I'm stuck on a level.

Read the goal line above the GO button and tap the ? next to it to see how each gadget works. After a fail you can watch a short ad for a hint: the answer is shown as a dashed line for 3 seconds.

The controls feel wrong.

That's the game. The chip under the level number shows the current twist (Mirror ⇆, Mirror ⇅, Rotate ⟳ and so on). Try drawing slowly at first.

Where is my progress saved?

On your phone. There's no account, so deleting the app or clearing its data starts the game fresh.

The game is too bright, busy or loud.

Open Settings (the gear) to turn off sound, music or vibration, or switch on Reduced effects for fewer moving things.

The Daily Mirror leaderboard doesn't load.

It needs the internet. Levels themselves always work offline.

Delete my data (FLIPD: Mirror Draw Puzzle)

FLIPD has no accounts, so there's no password or profile to delete. Here's how to remove everything:

  1. Find your player name. Open FLIPD → Daily Mirror. At the bottom it says "You play as Pip-1234". Your name may be different.
  2. Email us at aaquib@aaquibjawed.com with the subject "FLIPD delete my data" and your player name.
  3. Uninstall the app (or clear its storage) to remove everything saved on your phone.

We delete your online data within 30 days and email you when it's done.
